We have received a complaint with a thread of legal action due to the thread:
http://rorap.net/about4582.html
Attempts to contact your forum owner by email have failed so I have forced registration on this forum to be able to post this.
Regardless of the merit of a threat of legal action, when such a threat is received we expect the forum owner to either remove the material or place their name and address on record so as to acknowledge their legal responsibility for publishing contentious material.
Please deal with the issue either by posting at:
http://forum.myfreeforum.org/forum15.php
Or supplying verifiable ownership name and address details to admin[at]myfreeforum.org.
Or removing the thread concerned.

Is anyone going to reply constructively? Where is your admin?
I have better things to do that get the run around here.
If people won't engage with the issue, then I can simply pull the plug. That usually gets a response! |
