Cell Phone TechnicansLast week my blackberry rolled off the seat of the car, hit the floor and how it did it...I have no clue, but it shattered the entire screen. I was about floored to see it shattered....but thinking it would be an easy fix I took it to Verizon. They pretty much told me I had to get a new phone, this one is a month old, I was like NO way, it still works, the LCD is fine, and it just needs the cover over the LCD screen. I did some searching and found a guy up in Colonial Heights Va that does this work...since I work up that way some, I took him my phone...10 minutes later its fixed and only hit me up for $25. These guys can fix anything on a cell phone, even if it gets submerged under water. He told me the only one they haven't been able to recover after getting wet was one a cook dropped in some vegetable oil in a fryer. Good to know Doomster. Thanks. You can also order most parts off E-bay and fix it yourself if you have the notion. For 25 bucks, I'd let them do it too. |
