Christmas for Kids Car & Motorcycle Show~Event: Christmas for the Kids Car and Motorcycle Show~Location: Becker Village Mall Roanoke Rapids, NC ~Date & Time: Saturday Oct. 24, 2009 9AM til 3PM ~Door Prizes and Top 25 Awards given to Participants of the show ~$20 Registration Fee and ALL PROCEEDS are going to the Christmas for the Kids Program Open classes to cars, trucks, street rods, hot rods, classics, new and old, and motorcycles. Friday in night one of the Brickdirt Super Street Nationals there was a charity grudge race between local driver Buddy Isles Jr and Jim Raynor from OH. Just a little preview of what is to come Saturday night. There was money raised to be donated to a local charity in the winners name. I do not know the exact amount but there will be a donation made to The Christmas for the Kids Program in the name of the winner Buddy Isles Jr from Littleton NC.
There is still an opportunity to make it out for this great short track event. Gates open Saturday at 3pm racing beginning at 530pm. Come on out give it a shot, you will not be disappointed. All the information can be found at www.clarysspeedway.com |
