Halifax, N.C. — The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office asked for help from the public Tuesday in locating a runaway.
Jessica Kathleen Driver, 16, was last seen Monday afternoon running from the Halifax County Courthouse. She is described as a white girl, with brown hair and eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 112 pounds. When last seen, she was wearing a purple shirt, blue shorts with “Duke” on them and white sneakers.
Driver is known to have family in Halifax, in Roanoke Rapids and in Louisa, Va.
Anyone with information about Driver's whereabouts is asked to call the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office at 252-583-8521 or Halifax County Crime Stoppers at 252-583-4444.
