My Email Box????????????Why is my email box being littered with notifications every time a new topic is posted here? Is it something I did or need to undue? Directions on how to make it stop? Are if there's nothing I did or can undo, can someone here please make it stop?

1: go to "Profile."
2: Next to "Always notify me of replies:" check "No."

Also:
1: Go to the index (http://rorap.net/index.php)
2: Below "Coffee and Cocktails," click "Stop watching any forum."

I've accidentally clicked " Watch all forums for new topics" before without realizing it. That's probably what happened.

Since I posted that I think I figured it out. I think I meant to click mark all forums read earlier today and the watch all forums tab is right next to it
