Fixing to Head Out...I tell you guys, its going to be a challenge to enjoy the lake as much as I use to with these insane fuel prices. I put 38 gallons in the boat with about an empty tank, costing $153.52, just the other day I topped off the jet ski with 11 gallons, costing right at $44.00, and $80 in the X5, $50.00 in the stang. Thats $327 worth of fuel for just this week, with NO marina gas purchased, all at the c-store, and everything is about on empty again now. If I had of bought marina gas for the ski and boat, it would have been probably $350+. Gonna be lots of sitting this year and listening to the radio chilling out on the water. I might have to pick up a part time job to enjoy my hobbies!!! Its a trip how expensive gas got, and it only looks as if its gonna get worse with just the other day crude hitting $137 a barrel. What gives?

Maybe you can run a lake taxi service and pay for your gas doomster.

Get some deep cycle batteries and troll the lake.

Had a blast out today with a group of friends, did a bunch of sitting but rode some as well......not bad today, we burned about 6 gallons.
