We really need it! This area is going to be under water restrictions soon if we don't get rain soon.

How much rain have we received so far? It really didn't rain a lot at Nags Head. I saw most of the rain once I started heading home.

We got 1.36 inches of rain, but lots of wind too. Wish we had gotten more rain!!!!

I wish mine would have stayed brown. I enjoyed the 2 week reprieve from grass cutting.

Glad I don't have grass to be cut anymore. One less thing I have to do!

Need the rain, but don't like cutting the grass either...
Though that brings up the problem with my neighbor. My neighbor cuts my grass if it starts to look shaggy. Makes me feel like I'm taking advantage of him, and I don't want to feel like that since he's a nice fellow.
Though it is a nice change from where I used to live, with the overspraying, animinals escaping, birdshot falling, etc.

Watch it now...........I grew up in Aurelian Springs...  Nothing like farming, 4 x 4s, cook-outs and guns............ 
But its been years since I have shot a gun or owned a 4 x 4 (like 15), unles you consider my ATV, its a 4 x4.

My boss grew up in Aurelian Springs. As for shotgun, never fired one, but my folks have one. But I've got nothing 4x4.
