Roanoke Valley Idol for chance to sing with Willie Nelson!Ok I don't know how many of you have been to karaoke at Java Junction on Thursday (and formerly Friday) nights, but they have had really good turnouts. Now they are taking it one step farther. I will give you more info when the details are finalized, but needless to say that it will be a similar system to American Idol. However instead of a contract, the winner will get onstage with Willie Nelson on August 24th and perform a song with him! This is bound to get lots of attention locally and I'm sure the place will be packed. I think it may even move to the Centre for the last few rounds. Stay tuned for more details as they become available and practice up if you think you've got what it takes.
