sav-a-lotJust thought I would let everyone know, today I went in sav-a-lot and they had good deals.Boston butts 99 cent a pound split chicken breast 88 cent a pound and 5lb bag of potatoes for $1. Can't beat those deals. |

If you get the N&O on Sunday's you can find a lot of great Coupons in them. I save $30 on my last grocery bill just in coupons, that's not including the MVP at Food Lion. | ||

The food from Sav-a-Lot is the same food you get when you order food from Angel Food Ministries. $30 will get you a basic box of enough food to feed a family of 4 for a week. We get it every now and then to help stretch our food bill. Here's their site if you're interested:

sav-a-lot still had the 1 dollar potatoes today. Also got a boneless sirloin pork roast (2.18 lbs) for $3.47. And big bag of potatoe chips for 99 cent. | ||
