I always have inspected anything that comes in a box, except for groceries, of course. If I am gonna dish out my hard earn money on ANYTHING, then I WILL inspect it before I leave the store. An example: when I bought my printer, I took the entire thing out of the box, much to the store managers' dismay. Glad I did, as the paper feed tray was missing, as well as the laser cartridge that the box SAID was inside. The manager did NOT want me to get another one, but I said, either you give me another, or give me my dang money back. I had to go through 5 (unopened) boxes, to find one that had everything it was supposed to have. Would I do it again? You can bet your grammies booties I would!
