Depends upon what version they are using, you can get one of those programs that allows you access to your home computer and use it from work after you log into it....thats the best and probably the more modern way to try it....but folks are starting to not allow these to pass thru either.

....

Best results......add internet to your cell phone service, then you got it on you all the time!

Doomster is right, I use a program called LogMeIn at work.  Not because I am trying to get around anything, but because sometimes I need stuff off my home machine, or need to set remote tasks on it during my workday.  In theory yes I could get around anything like that, but your network administrator can see this traffic and if its too frequent, it will probably throw a red flag.  The easiest way around it really is getting internet access on your phone, thereby circumventing all blocks on your work network.

Many of my coworkers have Blackberries for the express purpose of getting on the social networking sites, since they are blocked.
